Being an unicorn vintage we kept the Shiraz Pressings separate and did a small bottling run. 
 
In new American Oak for 28 months results in a wine that is deep purple and rich.  Blackberry fruit fills the palate with plum pie and layers of fine vanilla. 
Multi  layered bottle of enormity with an extremely long palate which will take 15 years plus to meld together. 
 
Rewarding those with patience. Special occasion wine only.
