Fermented to perfection by hand plunging and pumping over 10 days before being basketg pressed slowly and pumped directly into shaved hogs heads and left alone for 28 months.
Big blackberry plum fruits, splash of liquorice and hint of cocoa. Pure blackberry pie on the palate with a dollop of sweet creamy walnut oak. Intergrated mid palate with harmonious balance, flowing through to a generous length which will last 15 years.
14.8% alcohol, 173 dozen produced.
