Friends and family helped hand pick 3.8 tonne, from our 3 acres of dry grown vines on
February 22th 2021.
Fermented to perfection by hand plunging and pumping over for 10 days before being basket pressed slowly and pumped directly into shaved hogs heads and left alone for 28 months.
Big blackberry plum fruits, splash of liquorice and hint of cocoa. Pure blackberry pie on the palate with a dollop of sweet creamy walnut oak. Integrated mid palate with harmonious balance, flowing through to a generous length which will last 15 years.
