Being an exceptional vintage this is the first Shiraz Pressings I kept separate and did a small

bottling run.

 

In a new American Oak for 28 months results in a deep  purple rich gushing blackberry fruit topped with plum pie with layers of fine vanilla. Multi  layered bottle of enormity with an extremely long palate which will take 15 years plus to meld together.

 

Rewarding those with patience. Special occasion wine only.
