Joseph and Sue from Ballycroft Vineyard and Cellars are stepping off the plane from the Barossa and into Baedeker Wine Bar.

These wines are the hotly anticipated 2018 vintages handcrafted in true Ballycroft style. Not readily available anywhere and only made in small quantities, this might be the place to be if you love Big Bold Barossa reds.
COURSE 1
Black olive lamb back strap, pimento jam, saffron toast (df)
Osso bucco arancini, gremolata mayonnaise (gf)
COURSE 2
Duck breast, vanilla parsnip mousse, sherbet ash, pickled kohlrabi (gf)
COURSE 3
Lamb rump, white bean and onion cream, kipfler potatoes, vibrant verdi (gf)
COURSE 4
Cheese plate including Blue and Brie cheeses, grapes, quince, house roasted nuts and figs
Tickets are $120pp including all food and drink on the menu.
